Das belgische Radsport-Talent Tijl De Decker ist nach einem Trainingsunfall gestorben.
Das teilte sein Team Lotto-Dstny mit. Der 22-Jährige war am Mittwoch mit einem Auto kollidiert und hatte viel Blut verloren. Nach einer Not-Operation in Lier wurde De Decker in das nahe Universitätskrankenhaus seiner Heimatstadt Antwerpen verlegt. Dort wurde das Talent in ein künstliches Koma versetzt.
