The Prince Rupert RCMP has closed off the Ocean Centre Mall after a traumatic incident that left one person dead and one critically injured.
RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Detachment spokesperson Staff Sgt. Dave Uppal said there were many people present when the incident occurred. “We know the traumatic impact this incident will have on many people and we have supports in place to assist those that may need help,” Uppal said.
