Buses up Burnaby Mountain to SFU, including the 145 and 143, will get increased service on weekdays.

As back-to-school season approaches, TransLink is adding bus times to its Simon Fraser University and University of British Columbia routes.

The fall service changes, beginning Sept. 4, include increasing weekday service on the 143 from Burquitlam station and the 145 from Production Way-University station for students travelling to and from SFU.In Burnaby, service on the 25 bus will be adjusted on weekdays, Sundays and holidays "to provide more space at times when it's needed most," according to TransLink.The 130 bus will get more service, running on Saturdays every 12 minutes towards Kootenay from 5 to 7 p.m.
