Osimhen is said to have attracted the attention of Premier League sides including Chelsea and Arsenal.
Damiani sees PSG as frontrunners in the race to sign Osimhen, insisting that the French side have a good relationship with Napoli and the fact that PSG's transfer guru Luís Campos used to work with the Nigerian at his former club Lille. Osimhen has a release clause of 130 million euros and PSG are eager to sign the former Lille star in the summer.
