Henry was captured speeding twice near a primary school in Daybrook, Nottingham; on the A610, and in Chilwell and Beeston. She was recorded going 40mph, as well as 38mph and 35mph, during a 12-week period from March to June last year. District Judge Leo Pyle said it showed Henry was"driving at consistent speeds above the speed limits".Henry told the court that relying on public transport would cause exceptional hardship and make it difficult to transport her children.At a police and crime panel meeting last month, Henry said she remained"absolutely committed" to reducing speeding, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.
