changes its website's home page to a note that starts with"My dearest customers and friends...", and the disappointment never gets easier no matter how many times it happens., a self proclaimed 'neighbourhood emporium where urban bohemian meets minimal materialism.', known for it's New York vibe has announced the end of not only their Toronto location but all brick & mortar's.
In a post made on their Instagram on July 5th, and pasted as their website's home page, TASK owner Anne has announced the closing of their physical stores. "It has been a beautiful 15 years and i am very grateful to hae had Task and all of you in my life...but... it is time for this chapter to end and for a new chapter to begin," wrote Anne at the start of her statement.
She finishes off her sentiments with words of optimism,"I will miss it all a great deal but I am also excited for what is still to come..." Task carries everything from in style closing items, elegant jewelry, and tasteful homegoods, and all around one stop shop.The stores location will stay open until Sunday, August 18th, but they will continue sales online until Sunday, August 25th.
