Tilan was last seen with her 21-year-old mother at a hotel in the Albion Road and Highway 27 area of Etobicoke around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Tatyana, the mother, was wearing a white fluffy jacket, black shirt white pants, slippers and had a black purse. She is described as 5’4″, 125 lbs. with black hair.
