According to a police press release, officers responded to a call for a person with a gun near Mount Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue East on Monday.
Toronto police are searching for a suspect wanted for attempted murder in the city’s north end.Mount Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue EastPolice allege a 22-year-old Toronto man met someone in an underground garage and then threatened to harm them and their family.The suspect missed the officer and hit a “marked police car” and two parked cars, according to the release.
The man is wanted for multiple charges including attempted murder, failing to stop for police and uttering threats to cause death. Police describe the male suspect as five-foot-10, 200 pounds, with long dreadlocks, and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
