Toronto police are investigating after a TTC Special Constable was assaulted.Police say when they arrived on scene, a man reportedly had a knife.Officers say as they tried to arrest him, he struck one of the officers in the head with his backpack and then fled.
The man is described as 35-45-years-old, 6’1″, with a medium build and a black beard. He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, black sneakers, a black cap with a blue brim, and black and yellow over-the-ear headphones.
