Toronto police are announcing seven arrests in connection with a pair of investigations into guns, drugs and vehicle theft.

Using information obtained during Spectre, police started Project Paranoid in August 2023. This probe concerned itself with the trafficking, shipping and re-vinning of stolen vehicles.Investigators say they also seized 48 stolen vehicles:
