The meeting Tuesday will give councillors a chance to discuss a series of options for the rebranding and the public an opportunity to provide feedback. Holyday said he made the formal request because the public has a right to know how much is being spent on the rebranding. He's sceptical about claims it isn't using taxpayer-funding, he said.
