Kijiji pored over Google Trends data, looking at the search volume from the past year in the largest U.S. and Canadian cities to gauge their populations' interest in relocating to different Canadian cities, and it was Toronto that came out on top.
Toronto topped the search charts for Canadian relocation destinations in most major cities south of the border. Search trends indicated that New York City, Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Austin, Minneapolis, Tampa, Houston and Nashville, as well as several other lesser U.S. cities, all had Toronto as their top choice to potentially move to our of all Canadian destinations.
