Environment Canada said the temperature will reach a daytime high of 12 C on Sunday. Normally, the high this time of year is -1 C, the national weather agency noted.Toronto’s New Year’s Eve forecast calls for clouds and a 40 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries to start the day. Periods of rain or snow will be observed into the evening. The high will reach 4 C and the low 2 C.
