"I don’t regret anything and I think Simon is cool. No hard feelings. I actually should thank him because it all happened for a reason.", and the "true events" that went into making the record. "It was kind of crazy season for me in my personal life," she explained.
"I think it brought out a new style of songwriting for me," she continued. "Looking back, I think I’m going to be like, ‘Oh, that’s my growing up album.’"
