In a note posted under the video, Hall said that he wanted to create a project that could lift people's spirits while they were stuck in the ongoing horror show that is the current pandemic."I by no means am attempting to diminish the severity of this pandemic, but trying to show that you can still be creative, still have fun and be fabulous from the comfort of your own home," he said.
