A toddler briefly entered the White House grounds through the fence on Tuesday. After security systems were triggered, Secret Service members reunited the child with its parents.

'The Man Behind the Curtain' author Matt Palumbo joined 'Fox & Friends First' to discuss what he believes to be the motivation behind his son's visits.on Tuesday, squeezing through the metal fencing on the executive mansion's north side.

"The White House security systems instantly triggered Secret Service officers and the toddler and parents were quickly reunited," he said. Tourists visit the fence line on the north side of the White House in Washington, D.C., on July 5, 2021, following the removal of temporary security fencing and barricades that had been in place for more than a year, preventing visitors from approaching the grounds.While taller, the new fence has an additional inch of space between its pickets, for a total of 5½ inches between posts.
