The 34-year-old Mitchell shared that he hurt his right leg, the same one that was broken in a game last summer in Ottawa, during a workout three weeks ago.That injury, as well as an abductor injury in Hamilton’s second game of the regular season last year, limited him to just six games in 2023.Mitchell competed 59 per cent of his passes last season for 1,031 yards, six touchdowns and 10 interceptions in his first season with the Cats.
