RCMP media relations officer Const. Gavin Moore said police in Kings County were called to a three-vehicle collision on Route 4, near Route 5, shortly before noon.RCMP P.E.I. tweeted out around 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 23 that the roadway was closed. Moore said the road was closed to allow for cleanup efforts of spilled fuel.Moore also said a dog had gotten loose from one of the vehicles involved in the collision. However, it was caught and was not injured in the collision.
