The first pickup truck stopped on Tuesday was spotted travelling “at high speeds” along Hwy. 401, passing Brockville, at around 8 a.m. OPP have charged three young women from Montreal after pulling over three stolen pickup trucks in one day on Hwy. 401, near Brockville, on Aug. 23, 2022.“Officers located it as it continued past the Johnstown exit in Edwardsburgh-Cardinal Twp. and conducted a rolling block to safely stop the pickup truck and arrest the driver,” the OPP said. “Officers continued to patrol the highway and located two further vehicles reported stolen, initiating two more prompt rolling blocks.
