Greater Sudbury Police responded to yet another threat against a local high school, this time written on the door of a bathroom stall
Just before 2 p.m. on May 29, GSPS said officers were dispatched to Lively District Secondary School over a threat a student found written on the back of a door in a boys bathroom stall..
Sudbury.com was also provided a letter from Rainbow District School Board that was emailed to parents on May 29 about the threat. On April 19, it was learned that two messages were found written on a bathroom stall at St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School, describing a school shooting to take place on April 24.
“Just prior to police being called, students located a message warning of a school shooting on ,” GSPS said in a news release. “The message was written in a bathroom at the school. No other details were included in the brief message. The students immediately notified administration who contacted police.”
