“And it’s been hard, and to know that residents of the area have shown support means a whole lot to my family, to the Steiger family, and to everyone that’s involved.”An online fundraiser says a six-year-old girl named Chloe died in house fire in Lower Sackville, N.S., on Jan. 11, 2025. “Those children were so loved and so cared for and their parents are going to have to rebuild their lives and this is amazing what they’re doing for them.”The fire broke out in the Steiger-Loppie family’s duplex on around 3:10 a.m. Saturday.Six-year-old Chloe, five-year-old Clayson and nine-year-old Alauna died following a house fire in Lower Sackville, N.S., on Jan. 11, 2025.
