Also, the French-Chilean hip-hop artist Ana Tijoux returns to the festival with a concert at the Jazz Café, while Grammy-winning Argentine pianist and composer Fernando Otero will showcase his interpretations of repertoire from Astor Piazzolla and Ariel Ramirez at Southbank’s Purcell Room.
