Blue Hills opened for safari tours and animal encounters at the end of 2020, but management says they didn't really get things going until early 2021. The otters quickly became one of the resort's most popular attractions. Otto and Sweet Pea are Asian small-clawed otters, the smallest of the 13 otter species. They weigh no more than eight to 10 pounds and measure up to two feet in length.
