“We have so many stunning homes in Incline, but when I walked through the front door of this home for the first time and looked out at the lake from the deck, I could hardly catch my breath,” Christine Perry, luxury real estate agent with, told SFGATE. “It feels like you are walking into another world when you come through that door.”
Built in 1994 by former Wynn Resorts Chairman Steve Wynn, who named the house “Old Forge,” the property sold to a trust in 1998 for $17 million. The home last changed hands in 2017 for $31 million, less than half of the 2023 asking price. Perry says it has received significant upgrades in recent years, including a patio rebuild and the addition of a second kitchen in the home’s large game room.
