There’s always something different or new to do in the San Fernando Valley and the greater Los Angeles area.
It’s time to make plans to visit areas that offer yearly wildflower displays. Call the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve’s hotline to find out what’s blooming at the reserve before you go. Registration is open for the 39th event taking place on March 17. Runners and competitive wheelchair racers will compete during the 26.2-miles on a route from Dodger Stadium to Century City. The marathon route goes through parts of Los Angeles, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Century City.
