These are Nylon and Spandex, the jogger style, unlike their Polyester and Spandex Hiking style. These are soft, very lightweight and have 5 zippered pockets! the waistband is smooth stretch and has a tie string for adjusting, but I am able to pull them right on and off without using the string. The ankle is band stretch also but not tight and can even feel good if you hiked them up for capri below the knee. There is stretch in the material but a more loose look and fit then the yoga pants and definitely better usage of pockets. I’m not in my 20′s anymore, and I’m ready for a nice look (these still look slim and hug my behind to flatter, but not too much) but have more comfort and convenience. The colors are nice choices too. You can wear dress up or down shoes and shirts with these.
