Financial lenders and information technology services dominate in LinkedIn's latest"Top Companies" ranking for Brazil, with a Sao Paulo-headquartered bank coming out on top.

In terms of principles, the financial group measures itself against 12 values, including putting clients at the top of its agenda, thinking globally yet acting locally, and carefully evaluating short and long-term factors in situations that may involve risk taking.The leading computer software group operates in more than 170 countries worldwide. Almost half of Oracle's workers come from the Americas, while over 75,000 are based in the European or Asia-Pacific regions.

Concerning the latter, Bayer's corporate culture covers four principles, dubbed"LIFE Values": Leadership, integrity, flexibility and efficiency. Inside the firm, XP aims to hire and retain top talent, and has six values for its employees to bear in mind.
