, posted on Facebook on June 2 a picture of a billboard in New York City’s Times Square promoting his late brother,‘s new Netflix special. “There’s a new billboard in Times Square,” he wrote.
The Netflix special,, was released on May 30 and is an hour-long, self-taped stand-up that Macdonald did at his home in summer of 2020 during the COVID lockdown and a year before he died. He did his routine in one take. Holding a microphone while sitting in front of his computer, Macdonald is wearing a green baseball cap with an Irish shamrock on it and sporting big headphones.
