It's finally here! The world's largest underwater restaurant, aptly called Under, is now taking reservations. While you can read more about the experience and construction process below, a few updates first: Its dining room is located 5 meters, or more than 16 feet, below sea level. The restaurant itself has three floors, the middle of which has a champagne bar to soothe any eating-underwater anxieties.
In the dining room, a massive glass wall gives diners a view of fish, sea urchins, crabs, lobsters, seaweed, and more, plus roaring waves typical of the area. It's an experience, that's for sure!!Forget swimming with sharks: Europe's first underwater restaurant lets you eat with them. Set to open in spring 2019,"Under," as it's appropriately called, is halfway submerged under the Norwegian sea.
