• A study based on China's outbreak published in the medical journal The Lancet said lockdowns across the globe should not be lifted until a vaccine is found. • Antibody tests -- which could verify whether a person already had the virus and could potentially be protected from getting re-infected -- could be available within a week, according to Dr. Anthony Fauci, the country's top infectious disease expert.
