Ewen MacIntosh has left fans worried after sharing a selfie where he could be seen lying in a hospital bed.
"Bad times for me I'm afraid chums. Stat strong out there," he wrote to his 17,500 followers alongside a thumbs up emoji. Meanwhile fans of the star also flocked to the comments to share their well wishes as one person wrote: "Get well soon Ewan, don’t forget Ricky said that you’re a machine. Lots of love," with a red heart emoji.
Last year, Ewen opened up on his role in The Office 20 years on during an exclusive interview with Vice, explaining how "proud" he is to have played in it.
