Razer’s newest Blade 15 laptop is loaded with the latest 13th-generation Intel Core i7 13800H processor and NVIDIA’s newest GeForce RTX 40-series GPUs — up to the RTX 4070.
The Blade 15 is designed to be a portable yet powerful laptop and is able to utilize the latest from Intel and NVIDIA thanks to what it calls an “enhanced vapor chamber” for cooling and thinner 0.05mm exhaust fins. Together, Razer says these provide “exceptional” thermal control which is needed in order to cram that hardware into a chassis that is 25% smaller than the Blade 16.
Razer’s 15-inch laptop is the thinnest Blade computer in the company’s 2023 line and weighs less than four and a half pounds while still able to provide “over” six hours of use from its 80Wh battery. It also features a 16:9 aspect ratio QHD 240Hz display with a 2.5 millisecond response time and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
The Blade 15 is also upgradeable and can accommodate up to 4TB of storage using an extra M.2 slot and up to 64GB DDR5-5200MHz memory. Razer is offering two versions of the laptop, one that features the NVIDIA RTX 4060 and one with the 4070. Both utilize the same 2.5GHz 14-core Intel i7-13800H processor, which can Turbo Boost up to 5.2GHz, and both feature two Thunderbolt 3 ports with power delivery, display port 1.4 with NVIDIA GPU output, and the dimensions and weight between the two options are also identical.
