“The Constitution is what the courts say it is.” That is the inherent truth, which means any assertions of what is or is not constitutional are merely opinion until the Supreme Court decides. Laws are assumed to be valid until the court rules they are not. The Alberta sovereignty act gives the province power to treat federal law as unconstitutional until the court says otherwise.

Pursuing the accumulation of wealth, with no concern for its harmful effects, is my very definition of amoral greed, and the oil business has that in spades. Those who prolong the burning of oil by hook and by crook, both subtle and gross, are the problem – and they are most definitely not benign.: Family doctors are essentially small businesses and like all businesses are set up to maximize profit.
