Move aside, 'Tiger King.' The reign of ESPN's documentary series TheLastDance has begun.

Los Angeles Lakers legend Earvin"Magic" Johnson raved about"The Last Dance" on Twitter, before calling Jordan one of the greatest entertainers of all time."Michael Jordan’s Last Dance was fantastic and I loved all two hours of it!! Young fans that never got to see Michael play now understand why he’s the of basketball!" Johnson wrote.

Actress Gabrielle Union, the wife of NBA star Dwyane Wade, called the episodes"so damn good" and lamented the early treatment of Bulls star Scottie Pippen, documented in the second"Last Dance" episode. "I don't think I'm gonna be able to sleep tonight thinking about Scottie's terrible contract. #LastDance," Union wrote.

Wade couldn't wait for the show to start tweeting,"Going bananas bro," just beforehand. It definitely lived up to the hype in his eyes. "If I had 3 wishes in life. I think I would have asked for #TheLastDance," he wrote, before extolling Jordan's virtues."Man MJ had it! He had that “IT” He was chosen to be the GOAT.""Who else had Scottie’s shoes growing up???" Then someone told me they were excited about hearing from Jordan, and I was like, ‘Dammit, why didn’t I think of that?’ I shouldn’t have spent all that time trying to track down Obama—he didn’t know shit about what it was like inside the locker room.” At press time, Tollin was scrambling after the NBA threatened to sue him over unauthorized use of game footage.
