Frasier's reboot problem is easier to solve.
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Freddy's Frasier reboot story has already one big difference from Martin's narrative in the original show. When Kelsey Grammer returns for Frasier Crane's fourth and final act, he will find himself in a familiar city, with the Paramount+ project seeing him back in Boston.
This is actually one of the biggest differences between Martin and Freddy's conflict with Frasier. In the original Cheers spin-off, Frasier struggled to communicate with his father because they didn't have anything in common. Even when Frasier initiated difficult conversations, knowing full well that it was the only way for them to patch things up, his father hardly followed his lead, particularly in the early years of the show.
