, took to social media to show a big difference between a block of mozzarella and the shredded version of the same product.The block version, which was the Devondale brand, had pasteurised milk, starter cultures milk, salt and non-animal rennet while the shredded version had the same ingredients plus anti-caking agent 460 and preservative 200.
