Keeping that in mind, here’s a look at the biggest organizational need for each of the teams picking in the top 10 of this year’s draft.The Sharks have a solid group of young forwards that includes Will Smith, William Eklund, Quentin Musty, David Edstrom, Filip Bystedt, Collin Graf, and Thomas Bordeleau. Sharks GM Mike Grier now has the easiest decision in the world to make with the No. 1 pick this year after winning the draft lottery on Tuesday.
