An incredible throwing knife only build in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

So, you want to have fun in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 and the new Phantom Liberty expansion? And you want to crush all enemies, even in Very Hard difficulty? Well, then do I have a build for you., but what I discovered is that somehow, it ended up being the most powerful build I’d ever used, a far cry from OG Cyberpunk when the throwing knife perkBefore 2.0, Cyberpunk did in fact re-do this, changing throwing knives to being on a cooldown instead. No more losing your knife. But now in 2.

First and foremost, as you can see, this is not a stealth build. While throwing knives are great for quiet headshots, I found that got very boring very quickly. So this is a ninjitsu throwing knife build with max agility and body tankiness so you’re not getting obliterated by enemies in the open. – Take every perk in the throwing knife tree. The most important parts of the build here are applying poison, then using the Accelerated Toxin Absorption perk to consume it for big damage. Neurotoxin blinds and disables sprinting on crit or headshot, perfect for big enemies or bosses. Level 3 of Juggler resets all knife cooldowns on headshot, crit or poison kills, which are like, all of your kills. Finally, the throwing knife finisher lets you leap across a room to execute someone.

Why is this build so good? The knives and axes are so strong you can one shot most lower level enemies, instantly getting them back. For heavier enemies you can instantly blind them and constantly spam headshots and poison. For bosses like cyberpsychos you can get them into a blind/poison/knife finisher loop, collecting the knives from their face to reset them rather than getting them back on headshot kill.

It’s safer than a melee build because you can put distance between yourself and enemies. It works the best with the slow mo of Sandevistian and other cyberware because you can unleash knives without worrying about slow fire rate or swing speed. And you are not squishy or easy to hit thanks to your body and reflex trees and stacking damage reduction and armor cyberware and mobility. Incredible all around. Enjoy.
