The perfect accompaniment to sushi. Yep, sushi. Maze has a specific pairing menu that matches up innovative cocktails with some of the best sushi you will EVER eat. Using Japanese ingredients like Yuzu, the Asian Fusion cocktails are unusual but delicious, and really compliment the top quality fish – it’s about as far removed from those rubbery rolls you get in the supermarket sandwich aisle as you can get. We sat at the bar, which gave us a front row seat to watch our sushi being made .
Gohei Kishi is the head sushi chef, and his upbringing in Paris lends itself to some truly innovative menu ideas – raw fish paired with pecan and truffle oil? Why not?
