An El Paso official has reportedly disputed claims that New York City leaders had not been given prior notice of the chartered buses of migrants sent from Texas.

The office said that there had never been an agreement to take in the migrants but that it had receivedFox News Digital's requests for comment from Cruz-Acosta and the mayor's office were not immediately returned.
