PUBLISHED 8:34 PM CDT Aug. 26, 2022GLEN ROSE, Texas. — Dinosaur Valley State Park Superintendent Jeff Davis and his staff are busier than ever and that’s never a bad thing.
"This is really special to have a trail this long, this clean, it’s really knocking everyone’s socks off and it should,” prehistoric track researcher Glen Kuban said. In the past week, the tracks were exposed because of Texas’ longstanding drought conditions. Experts say they are estimated to be 113 million years old, belonging to Acrocanthosaurus, Sauroposeidon, and possibly many others.
