Tesla just gave us our best look at the Cybertruck production line
showed the electric pickup to the world
in November 2019, it announced plans to start building it two years later. Now Tesla says the first customer trucks will be delivered later this year. Tesla said on Wednesday that Cybertruck production was in the"tooling" phase, meaning the company is still outfitting the production line with manufacturing equipment. Tesla also noted it's testing the truck for"final certification and validation."
