TerraceBC set for warm, dry spell after recent cooler weather: Environment Canada
After enduring several days of unusually cool and wet conditions, Terrace is projected to experience a significant shift in weather patterns with warmer and drier conditions expected, according to Environment Canada meteorologist Lisa Erven
“The medium-range forecast predicts temperatures in the low- to mid-20s for at least two weeks,” Erven said. “Beyond that, models are at least hinting at similar temperatures, but we’ll have to see how the weather pattern evolves.” In terms of precipitation, the next week to ten days is expected to be notably dry with only light rain, if any. Looking ahead to mid-July, the forecast hints at drier than normal conditions with a confidence level between 50 to 60 per cent.
