Tenants from three Montgomery apartment complexes are seeking legal help after they say they have been living in poor conditions.MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Tenants from Woodley Oaks, Woodley Terrace and Brentwood Estates apartments are seeking legal advice after they say they have been living in uninhabitable conditions.
“My main issue been all the plumbing,” said Woodley Oaks tenant Marilyn Riley. “Like, the stuff been backing up in my bathtub, and you can’t drink the water because it’s unsanitary.” “I was there for four years. I had a roof leak all four years,” said Ashley Posey, a former Woodley Terrace tenant “There was constant mold. Mold so much it was in the air conditioning unit.”
