Temperatures set to drop below freezing again this weekend
In terms of weather, it is probably safe to say that we're all keeping a side eye on 2019.
Whereas last year brought every extremity of cold and hot and wind and rain, this year has been mostly right in the middle. Sure, you'd go out one day and be sweating out of your jumper, and then the next day be freezing in your t-shirt, but sure that's Ireland for you. That trend looks to continue this week, after a really cold night tonight , before Thursday arrives with temperatures set to be as high as 16 degrees.
Friday will be slightly cooler, averaging between 11 and 14 degrees, with a band of rain expected to slowly make its way across the entire country, before the weekend arrives with a colder front.
