On Jan. 24, the suspects were arrested in Toronto following an investigation known as Project Mayhem. The teens — both from Toronto — face a combined total of 84 criminal charges, including robbery, wearing a disguise, and breaching a court order. This is an ongoing investigation. The teens cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.Share this article in your social network
