Four youths have been arrested after a teenager was stabbed during an altercation at Hillcrest High School in Ottawa . Police say two people were seriously injured in the incident on Monday morning. The investigation is ongoing, and the youths are in custody. Separately, Canadian health officials are reporting a rise in cases of the highly contagious norovirus, warning that the elderly and young children are most vulnerable. The virus can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration.
