A teenager was shot and killed in a shooting Tuesday night that left another injured in a Pa. neighborhood.
Police said two suspects fired at least 28 shots nearby a takeout restaurant at the 6200 block of Wistar Street in the East Germantown area of Philadelphia at around 6:30 p.m.,A 16-year-old teenager was shot in both the chin and arm. He was taken to the hospital where he’s reportedly in stable condition.
Just two blocks away another teenager, 17, was found shot in the torso. At the hospital, the teen was pronounced dead.“It appears there were three people hanging out in front. We believe our 16 and 17-year-olds were in the group that were shot at. We’re not certain if they were the intended target,” Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small, according to the
