An autopsy found that Beady died from a gunshot wound to the head, making his death a homicide, Gay determined. Police were originally called to the first block of West College Avenue, but Beady was found in the park. He was pronounced dead at 12:22 p.m., according to Gay.The York County Coroner noted that Beady was the fourth person killed in the city this year, the fifth in the county.that Beady was a student at William Penn Senior High School.
