Dillon A. Fuller, 19, of Duncannon, was riding in the backseat and sticking his head out of the window when his head hit a utility pole around 10:30 p.m. Saturday on Route 274 east in Wheatfield Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The car’s three other passengers — a 17-year-old girl from Enola; a 16-year-old girl from Enola; and a 15-year-old boy from Enola — suffered minor injuries, state police said.
